With the aim of becoming the best higher education center of Eastern Europe, the Sarajevo school of science and technology was established in 2004. This university was the first ever private university in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Sarajevo school of science and technology has a well-planned and fully-equipped campus which includes all sorts of facilities and amenities for its students. Other than physical facilities of the campus, the university has planned various opportunities for students to socialize and gain valuable experience at their time at SSST. The sports club of the university is responsible for various planning and organizing various teams and training them for sports competitions at national and international levels. Students can also benefit from this clubs plans for other students. Almost half of the students of the university take part in sportive activities.
